Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy on damaged goods, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@akes.com.sg with your order number and a photograph of the defective item. If your return is accepted, we may require you to proceed with the sending back of the item, with us covering the postage costs.
Refunds
We regret that we do not accept refunds for our items. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, do contact us and we will be happy to speak to you to find a resolution.
